3. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed through our authorized payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery of account credentials, we do not offer refunds except as required by law or as specified in our Guarantee & Refund Policy for guarantee-covered issues reported within the 24-hour guarantee window.

BLTNM Store is not responsible for any loss of access, account suspension, or termination resulting from your misuse, negligence, or violation of third-party platform terms after delivery.

5. Email Verification Requirement

Email verification is mandatory to complete any purchase. Unverified accounts cannot proceed to checkout. This security measure protects both buyers and sellers and ensures proper delivery of digital products.

6. Guarantee & Support

Every order is covered by a 24-hour guarantee window starting at delivery, during which we guarantee the account matches the description provided. In summary, if you encounter an issue where the delivered account does not match its listing (e.g., missing items, incorrect access type, or account inaccessibility), you must:

• Provide detailed information about the discrepancy, including an unedited recording of your first login attempt where possible
• Submit your claim within the 24-hour guarantee window, without modifying the account first

Valid warranty claims will be resolved through replacement, account correction, or credit as determined by our support team. Warranty coverage does not extend to issues arising from your actions, third-party platform enforcement, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased accounts in violation of listing policies or these Terms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or abuse our platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
• Engage in fraudulent activities, chargebacks abuse, or payment disputes in bad faith

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, termination of services, forfeiture of purchased products, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your BLTNM Store account at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, or activities that harm the platform or other users. In cases of verified resale violations where listing policies prohibit resale, we may revoke access to the purchased account or return it to our inventory.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, purchase history, and any unfulfilled services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or termination conducted in accordance with these Terms.
